It’s a gorgeous location with plenty of parking. We're surrounded by a handful of amazing local businesses like melt, kushboo, valley strength, the finest fudge co, north west jewellery school, pendle witch distillery, so you can make a day of it.
Yes! Currently all bookings are private hire, so you'll have the whole space for you and your group during the session. This includes: 2 person infrared sauna, 1 cold plunge, firepit area with seating and a wonderful, quiet view over the Pendle Hills.
We'll send you an access code and all the info you'll need on the day of your booking - just arrive at your booked time, let yourself in and enjoy.
Our infrared sauna typically runs at around 60-65 degrees. You can adjust the temperature when you're in there to suit your comfort. You can also connect your phone to the speakers inside and adjust the lighting.
Typically between 7-12 degrees. Note that the later in the day your session is, the colder the plunge is likely to be. We therefore advise beginners to book an earlier session and those who like a colder plunge to book later.

We do have a small changing space in the trailer and hooks for bags/ towels. We'll also soon have a working shower.
